Southwest Plains was formed in 1989 as an educational resource center to serve education professionals across the state of Kansas.
Our focus is to:
continuously support improvement of student learning and excellent teaching,
develop professional learning opportunities catered to the needs of our members,

provide educational services that utilize resources efficiently and effectively.
