This professional development series will address and support the importance of data collection and data management related to program improvement.  The CTE Data Dashboard/Program Improvement PLN will focus on key data points districts use in collecting, reporting, analyzing and communicating program improvement goals and plans.

THROUGH the PLN PROCESS DISTRICTS WILL:
  • establish a data management team
  • establish a data management district guide
  • build/establish a District Data Dashboard (tool)
  • become familiar with data analysis tools such as Tree of Influence to analyze district data
  • Align district improvement targets with CTE Pathway Improvement Plan
The CTE Data Dashboard and Program Improvement PLN series will begin in late August, 2021 and will be offered throughout the 2021-2022 school term, concluding in May, 2022.  This professional development series will consist of short informational sessions along with collaboration time. 

Each scheduled session will be approximately one hour in length. 
Each registered member will have access to resource materials supporting data management and analysis.  District staff who work with or have a need to know and understand CTE data collection and the impact on district success measures will find the CTE Data Dashboard and Program Improvement PLN series most beneficial.

All SWPRSC CTE Perkins districts can join for FREE!
A $250 stipend will be given to CTE Consortium members that attend all 6 sessions.
