PDC - Professional Development Council

Southwest Plains offers online and in-person support for PDC and IDP (Individual Development Plan) management. 

Subscribers to this service receive:

  • Annual training to ensure district compliance with KSDE state requirements
  • On-site visits twice annually that include individual consultations with each licensed staff member
  • PDC council collaboration with chairperson(s)
  • PDC Administrator Reports
  • 24/7 access to a custom website (with user support) for PDC transcripts and IDPs
  • Email & phone support for re-licensure questions
