Cancellation Policies
Regular Workshops:
SWPRSC requires notice of cancellation by phone (800-728-1022) or fax (620-675-8396) no later than 2 full business days prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations received after this time frame will be charged an administrative fee of $25. Those failing to cancel will be invoiced for the full applicable registration fee. Substitutions will be permitted.
Universal Inservices/Conferences:
SWPRSC requires notice of cancellation by phone (800-728-1022) or fax (620-675-8396) no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. Cancellations received after this time frame will be charged an administrative fee of $50. Those failing to cancel will be invoiced for the full applicable registration fee. Substitutions will be permitted.
