CANCELLATION POLICY:

Regular Workshop: we must receive notice, verbal or written (fax 620-675-8396), no later that 48 hours prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations received with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Failure to cancel & no shows will be subject to the full workshop registration fee.
Large Conferences: we must receive notice, verbal or written (fax 620-675-8396), no later that one week prior to the start of the workshop. Cancellations received with less than one week notice will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Failure to cancel & no shows will be subject to the full workshop registration fee.

You can check the status of a workshop/conference prior to beginning your drive by calling the workshop hotline at 620-675-8888. Only workshops affected by changes (presenter illness, inclement weather, etc.) will be announced. All notifications will be posted no later than 7:00 am the day of the workshop.

08-09 Universal Inservice Cancellation Policy

· School Districts will be reimbursed in full for registrations if SWPRSC is notified one week prior to the cancellation date established by the Keynote Speaker. For example, most speakers will have a nonrefundable cancellation date of 1 month prior to the speaking date. In this case, the cancellation date for a full refund would be 5 weeks before the actual Universal Inservice date.

· SWPRSC will offer an “early bird” registration fee and a late registration fee which corresponds to these dates. For example, if the cancellation date is established as 5 weeks prior to the event then the cost of registration up to that date might be $50 per person. After the cancellation date it would go up to $70 per person.
