      Dr. Kelly Gillespie 

Kelly has served as Chief Executive Officer for Southwest Plains Regional Service Center since July, 2003.  Before making this transition, she served as Assistant Executive Director with duties of Director of Instructional Services, school improvement specialist and
educational consultant.

Kelly comes to educational consulting with 15 years as a classroom
teacher and administration experience. The magnitude of her enthusiasm in her work with educators created a bond of devotion and trust with whom she works. Her tireless energy carries directly to the service centers and school districts she serves. Her one-on-one approach demonstrates her commitment to public education.

Kelly has a Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University in Family
and Consumer Science with Vocational Endorsement, Masters of Science from Fort Hays State University in K-12 Gifted Education
and Building and District Administration, and a Doctorate of Education in Administrator Leadership for Teaching and Learning through Walden University. She also holds ESL certification.
