Mike Toole

Mike earned a Bachelors of Arts from the University of Kansas in Chemistry and Pre-Med and his Masters degree in Educational Administration from Fort Hays State University.

Mike has studied a variety of languages including Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Japanese. He has taught Spanish and ESOL in the classroom.

Mike has been involved with instituting a class for area grain elevator company employees for learning English and the managers of the same elevators to learn Spanish. This was done to assist with better management and employee communication.

Mike joined SWPRSC in 2000. He is the State and Federal Programs Specialist at SWPRSC. He specializes in English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) and Migrant Education.
