Grant Department Announcements
SWPRSC is pleased to announce that additional staff has been
added to the grant department to increase our ability to
individually research funding topics requested by member
districts.
As district administrators identify needs for materials or program
development, they can contact us for help in tracking down
potential funding streams. Please e-mail your requests to kmyers@swprsc.org.
There is no charge for this service to member districts.
The KAN-TELL program, run in cooperation with Kansas University and Southwest Plains Regional Service Center, provides grants to teachers who enroll in distance ESL endorsement classes originating out of KU. The grant program will pay tuition for up to 25 qualified teachers per class. While most classes are delivered via ITV, the summer classes will be held face-to-face in SW Kansas.
