CLC's
What we do:
The purpose of the Community Learning Centers is to
provide an educational opportunity for adults who have not received
their high school diploma. Most classes are computer-based,
and are accessible during open hours for each Center, at the
student's convenience. Many Centers provide "virtual"
support, for learners who need to work, via the Internet, from
their home computer. In addition, support classes for English
Language Learners and translation services for
German and Spanish are provided at many of the Learning
Centers. High School diplomas are issued by sponsoring school
districts.
